Nie można. Za dużo pokus wokół nas. Można natomiast wybrać drogę, która prowadzi do świętości. Życie świętoszka prowokuje innych do jego zaburzenia. Coś jest w naturze ludzkiej, że nie lubi się wyrywnych, za dobrych, tych którzy idą na przeciw. Wynika to z ludzkiej zazdrości i własnej niemocy i niedoskonałości. Życie poprawne kosztuje. Omijanie grzechów czasem jest sztuką. Nie zawsze można stawić czoło wyzwaniom. Sam Jezus jako Człowiek popełniał faux pas, był arogancki (do kobiety kananejskiej Mt 15,25, która podeszła do niego z prośbą), nieprzyjemny (do apostołów Mt 8,25, kupców, faryzeuszy, uczonych w Piśmie Mt 23,3), porywczy (w Świątyni Łk 19,45 ), unosił się gniewem (Mk 3,5). Został świętym i Bogiem przez swoje Odkupienie. Po ludzku nie dał rady. Na tym polega różnica pomiędzy światem rzeczywistym a boskim. Świat rzeczywisty z samych paradygmatów nie może być doskonały. Jezus to rozumiał i powiedział: “Muszą wprawdzie przyjść zgorszenia” (Mt 18,7). Nie użył słowa “mogą”, ale jednoznaczne “muszą”. Dlatego jak świat wypełni swoje zadanie będzie unicestwiony jak każda rzecz stworzona: “Niebo i ziemia przeminą” (Łk 21,33);”I ujrzałem niebo nowe i ziemię nową, bo pierwsze niebo i pierwsza ziemia przeminęły, i morza już nie ma” (Ap,1,1).
Jak żyć, aby być na właściwej drodze? Normalnie, zwyczajnie, ale roztropnie, bo każda przesada jest pożywką dla zła. Stwórca chce, aby życie ludzie było w obfitości: “Stwierdzam, że wszystko mam, i to w obfitości” (Flp 4,18). Rozrywki świata są dostępne. Można żyć pełną parą zachowując umiar i przede wszystkim nie szkodzić innych. Kierować się miłością do innych. Opiekować się słabszymi i biednymi. Nie wywyższać się, bo wielkość jest złudna: “ Cóż bowiem za korzyść odniesie człowiek, choćby cały świat zyskał, a na swej duszy szkodę poniósł? Albo co da człowiek w zamian za swoją duszę?” (Mt 16,26), “ Każdy bowiem, kto się wywyższa, będzie poniżony, a kto się poniża, będzie wywyższony» ” (Łk 14,11).
Nie udawać świętego, bo wstyd będzie jak się wyda, że daleko jest ci do świętości. Swoje grzeszki z pokorą wyznawać przed Bogiem, mówiąc: daleko mi do doskonałości. Nie bądź bardziej papieski niż sam papież. Unikać sytuacji ekstremalnych, od których trudno się cofnąć. Jak czujesz, że upadłeś na samo dno, to pozostaje ci jeszcze szansa – odbicia się od dna.
Nie zajmuj się głupotami. “Nie bądź przesadnie sprawiedliwy i nie uważaj się za zbyt mądrego ” (Koh 7, 16). “Bo nie ma na ziemi człowieka sprawiedliwego, który by [zawsze] postępował dobrze, a nigdy nie zgrzeszył” (Koh 7,20); “Przewodnicy ślepi, którzy przecedzacie komara, a połykacie wielbłąda!” (Mt 26,23). Nie rozpaczaj nad swoją nieporadnością i słabością ciała. Nie słuchaj plotek: “Nie zwracaj też uwagi na wszystkie rozmowy, jakie się prowadzi, ażebyś czasem nie usłyszał, jak ci złorzeczy twój sługa. Bo często przecież, jak sam wiesz, ty także innym złorzeczyłeś ” (Koh 7,21).
Oddaj te wszystkie dyrdymały Bogu, a On będzie wiedział co z nimi zrobić. Uśmiechnij się, spójrz na świat przez kolorowe okulary. Czy zrobisz to, czy tamto, to i tak pociąg odjedzie z peronu trzeciego. Nie na wszystko człowiek ma wpływ. Z pokorą przyjmuj swój los, bo zawsze może być gorszy. Ciesz się małymi rzeczami. Wielkie są kosztowne, czasem potrzebują talentów. Dla samego siebie bądź królem, który ma wolną wolę. Użyj ją do czynienia dobra.
Od ciebie zależy kolejny ruch. Od ciebie zależy twoje szczęście. Święci niech cieszą się w niebie. Ja im nie zazdroszczę.
